AP says they scored a rare success by sinking a pirate ship.
Why is success so rare? And why isn't the US Navy achieving it? Except for IA and aircrew, we didn't get on board with winning the Iraq, are we now DIW when it comes to defending the SLOC? Waiting for a coalition?
