Sister Soulja or "Fifteen Since 95"?

Did Wright elevate his public lunacy so Obama could have a Sister Soulja moment? Or was his show (and Rev Sharpton's unheeded call this weekend to shut down New York) trying to recapture the race hustlers' Cincinnati 2001 achievement when they took down Condi and Colin?

Update 5/1: Apparently Mike Huckabee thinks the same thing, although he is much more specific on intent. I'm not sure of the intent, but the results are the same. As for the Sister Soulja moment... didn't work.

Boston Legal Loses a viewer

I've long been a fan of the ABC show "Boston Legal." I had enjoyed it as an intelligent fun show, even if some of their topical references were a bit overplayed.

Tonight they haven't just overplayed it. They've crossed the line of decency with their "damaged war veteran" story line.

Apparently anyone who serves in war becomes a helpless victim, unable to hold a job, get insurance, abandoned by the government, and likely to commit suicide.

It's not true and ABC should be ashamed of it. I urge you to let readers and advertisers know.

This Week at War

This post by Greyhawk gives us a good example of what mainstream media once accused bloggers of. Accuracy and lack of perspective. The king is dead, long live the king.
